Reliance on Information Posted

NCLC values your privacy, and our privacy policy reflects our strong commitment to respecting any information you choose to share with us. Information that you may choose to give us includes your name, address, email address, phone number, institution name, and other information about your interests and preferences. We may obtain information from outside sources and add it to or combine it with the information we collect through this site.

We use this information to operate this site, send you news about Student Voice Index and NCLC, providing institutional scoring, to acknowledge those who provide support for NCLC and the Student Voice Index, and for other purposes in support of our mission. We work closely with allied and like-minded organizations, including Young Invincibles and its sister organization, the Campaign for Community Change. For this project, we worked American Council on Education, Achieving the Dream, Association of Governing Boards, Indiana University Center for Postsecondary Research, Reinhardt University, Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, and University of Illinois. Research is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

You may request that your information not be shared outside the NCLC and Young Invincibles family or not shared at all by sending a message to info@campusleaders.org.

Notwithstanding any such request, however, we reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we know about you) if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of NCLC or Young Invincibles, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
